Aromatouch

Our Team Culture

We don't talk a lot about the business side of things, but it has been a valuable journey to success with other momas for which I am eternally grateful! This month we have set a lofty but attainable goal and I'm very excited about my amazing leaders! I love that we are all in service to eachother. There is no obligation when we lend a hand and there is no guilt when we are in need. I believe that is how God intended for us to treat each other and I am so thankful that is what we enjoy here at Katrina's Wellness Society! Meeting this goal will be a big change and a HUGE blessing for us. Not only in paychecks and bonuses, but in the opportunity to now participate in leadership roles and be even further supported! The Battle for Peace

I definitely have a new favorite! Today was insane. My son started throwing up, a book I was excited about was delivered in shreds, & I witnessed two different injustices that really bothered me. I found the strength to change the things I could change but the whole "God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change" was a major struggle!
